AngelStep Acoustic Marine Underlay

Underfloor sound proofing for your boat.

AngelStep is an acoustic underlay for carpet and solid timber floors aboard boats and is a very effective noise barrier for use in the saloon, galley, passageways, and cabins.

The resilient polyester middle core layer absorbs impact energy and residual airborne noise from above and below, transforming wave vibrations into heat energy, minimising noise throughout the vessel.

Angelstep 484P (10mm thick) is a laminate of double needle punched high density sound absorbent polyester and two layers of visco-elastic noise and vapour barrier. When laid over timber floors the first barrier in contact with the floor seals and damps the flooring substrate.
